A 4 mm PVDF ACP facade with galvanised hollow framing, fabrication, installation and sealant is typically IDR 750k to IDR 1 million per m² installed, at normal height in Surabaya and nearby. The final price depends on ACP type, design, height and area, and is fixed in the official quote after a survey. As a material reference, Seven PVDF ACP is IDR 236,673 per m² on our price list.
What is the difference between PE and PVDF ACP?
The difference is the paint coating. PVDF resists UV and weather better, so its colour lasts longer on exterior facades. PE is more economical and is usually used indoors or where it is not exposed to direct sun and rain.
Which ACP brands does SPS install?
We usually install Seven, Alucobond, New Alucopan, Alcopanel, Aluclad and Alcopan, depending on the project's specification and budget.
How many ACP sheets do I need?
A standard ACP sheet is 1.22 x 2.44 m, about 2.98 m². For a quick estimate, use the calculator on our homepage, which already accounts for cutting waste.
Can ACP be installed on a house?
Yes. We take ACP work for home facades, canopies, fascias and door frames, besides building and shophouse projects.
How long does ACP facade installation take?
A shophouse or showroom facade usually takes a few weeks, depending on area and design complexity. We confirm the schedule after the survey.
