What we do
Glass and facade cleaning
Cleaning glass, ACP and frames of stains, dust and scale, with work-at-height access suited to the building.
Broken glass replacement
We secure the area, measure, then replace with new glass to the original spec or better.
Sealant and leak repair
Brittle or leaking sealant is removed and replaced so the facade is watertight again.
Door and window servicing
Repairs to hinges, sliding rollers, locks and floor springs on glass doors and aluminium frames.
Facade replacement
Old facades are removed and replaced with ACP, glass or a new system, including framing changes where needed.
Building and campus renovation
Facade upgrades for occupied buildings, offices and campuses, scheduled around activity inside.

Does SPS replace broken glass?
Yes. Send photos and the location on WhatsApp +62 812 3046 278. We help secure the area, measure, then replace it with new glass to spec. Tempered glass has to be processed to size, so we tell you the expected timing up front.
Does SPS clean building glass?
Yes. We clean glass, ACP and frames on building facades, including areas at height, according to the building's condition and access.
Why do glass or ACP facades leak?
The most common causes are sealant that has turned brittle or cracked from heat and age, shifted joints, or blocked drainage. The fix is usually removing the old sealant and applying new.
Can you replace an old facade with a new one?
Yes. We remove the old facade and replace it with ACP, glass or a new system, adjusting or replacing the framing where needed.
Can renovation happen while the building stays open?
Yes. For offices, campuses and occupied buildings, we plan the schedule and work zones with the building manager so activity inside continues.
Is maintenance only for facades SPS installed?
No. We also maintain and repair facades, glass and frames installed by others.
