What we do
Stick curtain wall
Aluminium frames are assembled on site and glass is set one panel at a time. Flexible for low and mid-rise buildings.
Semi-unitized
Part of the system is pre-assembled in the workshop to speed up installation and keep lines clean.
Unitized
Glass and frame are assembled as full units in the workshop and installed unit by unit. Suited to tall buildings and tight schedules.
Spider and frameless glass
Glass held by spider fittings or glass fins with no visible frame. For lobbies, atriums and front facades.
Spandrel, louvres and sun screens
Floor-edge panels, louvres and shading that complete a glass facade.
Maintenance and repair
Broken glass replacement, sealant repair and upkeep of existing curtain walls.

What is a curtain wall?
A curtain wall is an exterior wall of aluminium framing and glass that carries no structural load of the building. Its weight transfers to the main structure through anchors at each floor. It serves as the facade, brings in daylight and keeps out weather.
What is the difference between stick and unitized curtain walls?
In a stick system, frames and glass are assembled piece by piece on site. In a unitized system, panels are fully assembled in the workshop and installed unit by unit. Stick is more flexible and common for low to mid-rise buildings, while unitized is faster on site and suits tall buildings.
How much does a curtain wall cost per m2?
A stick curtain wall with 10 mm tempered glass is typically IDR 1.5 million to IDR 2 million per m² installed, for low to mid-rise buildings in Surabaya and nearby. Which glass is used for curtain walls?

How long does curtain wall installation take?
It depends on area and system. A shophouse front can take weeks, a multi-storey building several months. We set the exact schedule after the survey and shop drawing approval.
