Main products

  • PL-1050 and PL-1075

Single-bank horizontal louvres with 50 mm and 75 mm blade pitch. The freest airflow, with basic rain defence.

  • PL-2050 and PL-2075

Double-bank horizontal louvres. Much better rain defence with good airflow.

  • PL-3050 and PL-3075

Three banks: horizontal blades in front and vertical blades behind, for very high rain defence.

  • Mullion line series

    PL-2150V, PL-2170, PL-2250 and PL-2250V, single-piece double-blade louvres with visible mullions.

  • AC-150 and AC-300 acoustic louvres

Common questions

What do rain classes A, B, C and D mean?

BS EN 13030 rain classes show how much rain passes through a louvre at a given air speed. Class A is best and class D lowest. One louvre can have different classes at different air speeds, so always read the full table.

What is free area?

Free area is the percentage of clear opening through which air can pass. A large free area does not guarantee easy airflow, because blade shape also creates resistance. Resistance is described by the discharge and entry coefficients.

Why are acoustic louvres deeper?

Acoustic louvres reduce sound with absorbent material such as mineral wool inside the blades. Deeper blades give sound a longer path through the absorber, so reduction is greater. Airflow is also more restricted as a result.
